We are looking to relocate to the Gainesville area, but currently live 11 hours away which makes searching for a house difficult. Emily has been such a great help. We can let her know when we are going to be in town & she will set aside time to take us on our house search. Since we don't live in the Gainesville area, we have been trying to figure out which areas we like and which convieniences are nearby (groceries, restaurants, etc.). She has been great at answering our questions. If she doesn't know the answer immediately, she will look into it & get back to us. Emily has been really patient taking us from Alachua and Newberry to Micanopy, Melrose, and everywhere in between. She's also gone walking through mud and tall grass with us to check out houses and yards. Emily has us set up to see any new listings in the areas we're interested in. If we are home and see a new listing that we are interested in but can't make it down to check it out, she has gone out to the house, made a video on her phone, & sent it to us. While it's not exactly the same as being there, it gives us an excellent view of the layout of the house & the size of the rooms. She also lets us know if she sees potential problems as well as things she has learned that we do like. This gives us enough information to decide if we need to make a trip down to check it out. All in all, Emily is fantastic to work with! She's not going to try to talk us into something she knows we won't be happy with. She takes all the time we need to view each house and doesn't try to rush us along. She's great at talking to listing realtors to help us find answers we need. She's really patient, has a great personality, she's very knowledgeable, and she treats us with respect. We are so happy that we have Emily to help us find the home that will be our perfect forever home!
